Alex Lush
Alex Lush (one of the owners) attended a Trade School in Toronto and completed a course in Electronics. After he graduated he worked in Kitchener testing stereos and organs.
In the fall of 1966, Alex began working part time for Walter Swanston, his cousin, on the farm and in the Equipment Dealership. This was supposed to be only for one year while Alex's father was Warden of their County, but he has been there ever since.
1968 saw the Dealership incorporated as "Swanston Farm Equipment Ltd." and Alex became a partner. Alex and Linda Lush purchased the remaining shares of the business and took over ownership on February 29, 1988, at which point he became the President. Alex handles ag sales and manages all rentals as well.

Peter Ledwith
Peter started at Swanston's in January of 1999. Prior to that he was the Curator of Collections at the Ontario Agricultural Museum in Milton. Peter handles our ag and golf course customers.
